1-1 Personal Training: £45

Perfect for you if you're looking to stay motivated and on track of your fitness goals.

Training can be overwhelming especially when you're on your first steps in fitness. That's why I've put together a GROUP BOOKING OFFER where you can bring four of your friends to train with you, or you can join a session with four new people to make new connections and support each other!
These sessions are just £20 per person.

Post School Run Workout: £12 per class or £10 for members

Women's Only on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays of each month at 9:30am until 10:30am.
