I’ve been with Abbie Benjamins as my personal trainer for about three years. I can honestly say she is the best instructor I’ve ever worked with.

I’ve had quite a few PT sessions with Abbie, and I’ve joined her fitness class every Wednesday. She doesn’t disappoint, you definitely come away knowing you’ve had the best work out. For me health has been my main focus and value in my life. When I started Abbie’s class, I was merely interested in learning how to tone my body with no intention of making it a daily routine however as I frequently joined her class, I started to notice changes and this made me fall in love with my body and wanted to do more. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much at first but I was immediately impressed by Abbie’s level of professionalism and knowledge. My first PT session with Abbie, she explained how to achieve my goals, made clear and concise advice and provided me with food websites details to support my workout plans. I have nothing but great things to say about Abbie! She's the highlight of my week and each personal training session I have with her I feel more confident, determined and inspired to keep going. I've never done personal training before having these sessions and I must say I was nervous about it, but she always makes me feel comfortable and gives me the right amount of push at the same time. I have noticed a different in my performance and she points out improvements i didnt even notice; its a great feeling. I feel very blessed and I couldn't have gone with someone better!
