You’ll be paired with other amazing women who have similar fitness levels and goals, and you’ll share sessions to keep the cost low! 🙌🏼


£55 for two people (£27.50 each) or £65 for three people (£21.66 each)! 💸


It doesn’t have to be the same person every week—just a mix-and-match vibe to fit your schedule! ✨ I’ll be posting available slots, and if you and your new training buddies are free at the same time, we’ll get you booked in! 😍

SHAPE YOUR BODY BOOTCAMP

A women-only, community-focused space for mums & women to train without the gym-bro vibe. It’s about getting stronger, feeling good, and having a laugh with like-minded women. If you wanna tone up, build strength, and maybe even make some new mates while you’re at it, this is the one.


Class breakdown:
💪 Tuesdays – Lift & Tone (weights)
🍑 Wednesdays – LBT
🔥 Thursdays – Sculpted & Strong (body weight)


Price: £10 per class
Location: Private gym studio, Penge
Time: 9:30 - 10:30 AM
